Olga Yasinnik, a CPA and MBA, has been promoted to Partner at AAFCPAs, a Westborough, Massachusetts-based CPA and consulting firm. Renowned for her expertise in compliance and filing requirements, Yasinnik's contribution to the firm's leadership and community impact initiatives is expected to further deepen the firm's client expertise and foster an inclusive workplace.
AAFCPAs, a leading CPA and consulting firm based in Westborough, Massachusetts, has announced the promotion of Olga Yasinnik, CPA, MBA, to Partner, effective July 1, 2024.
Yasinnik is a distinguished leader within AAFCPAs’ Community Impact Human Services and Community Development practices. She is renowned for her deep expertise in Uniform Guidance and state-specific compliance and filing requirements, making her a trusted resource for nonprofits, particularly those managing extensive federal grants and complex compliance mandates.
In addition to her client-facing roles, Yasinnik has significantly contributed to the firm's internal operations. She led AAFCPAs' lease standard implementation task force, ensuring the firm's practices align with current accounting regulations and advising clients on the implications of these changes on their financial reporting and operations.
Her commitment to excellence and mentorship was recognized in 2023 when she received AAFCPAs’ partner-nominated Joel Aronson Character Award. This honor reflects her dedication to clients' well-being and her generous support of team members and communities in need.
Beyond her professional achievements, Yasinnik is actively involved in fostering an inclusive workplace through participation in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. She also serves on the board of MetroWest Collaborative Development, Inc., demonstrating her commitment to social impact.

Yasinnik holds a Master of Business Administration from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She is multilingual, speaking English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
