New York accounting firm CohnReznick has appointed Adi Rubin, a specialist in advising not-for-profit and real estate clients, as a partner in its Client Advisory Services practice. Rubin's 24 years of experience and focus on data-driven insights, financial processes improvement, and compliance matters are expected to be a significant asset to CohnReznick, enhancing financial clarity and operational efficiency for the firm's clients.
CohnReznick, a prominent New York-based accounting firm, has announced the addition of Adi Rubin as a Partner in its expanding Client Advisory Services (CAS) practice. Rubin, who will be based in the Washington, D.C. area, brings a wealth of experience to the role, particularly in advising real estate and not-for-profit clients. Her expertise will be instrumental in enhancing financial clarity, operational efficiency, and strategic technology enablement for the firm's clients.
With 24 years of industry experience, Rubin is well-versed in providing data-driven insights and improving financial processes. Her background includes working with C-Suite executives and boards to modernize finance functions and strengthen governance. Rubin's skills in building financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning are expected to be a significant asset to CohnReznick's CAS practice.
Rubin's previous roles have equipped her with the ability to manage complex accounting and tax returns, particularly for real estate businesses. She has also advised on compliance matters such as 1031 exchanges and capital gains structuring. For not-for-profit organizations, Rubin has focused on Federal award accounting and adherence to GAAP and 2 CFR 200, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
