Aprio Launches Aprio Global, Names Services Leader

Financial advisory firm Aprio has introduced Aprio Global, a platform established to bolster cross-border advisory services for mid-market companies looking to expand globally. Tony Szczepaniak has been appointed as Global Services Leader to oversee the development of a network of accounting, advisory, and law firms, aimed at providing consistent service across international jurisdictions and to help clients navigate the complexities of global expansion.
Aprio has launched Aprio Global, a new international collaboration platform designed to strengthen cross-border advisory services for middle-market companies expanding globally. The initiative formalizes and scales the foundation established by ATLAST, a global collective co-founded by Aprio and Cooper Parry. Tony Szczepaniak has been appointed global services leader to oversee the platform’s development and governance. In this role, he will focus on building a curated international network of accounting, advisory, and law firms committed to structured collaboration and consistent client service across jurisdictions.
Aprio leadership stated that Aprio Global is designed to help clients navigate the increasing complexity of international expansion by connecting firms that can deliver coordinated expertise across markets. The platform aims to provide a unified client experience while enabling member firms to collaborate on cross-border advisory, tax, and regulatory matters.
Szczepaniak brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across corporate tax, public accounting, and global accounting associations. The initiative complements the Aprio Alliance, which currently supports nearly 90 independent accounting firms across the United States and Canada. Firm leaders noted that the new platform positions Aprio to better support clients operating internationally while creating additional opportunities for member firms to collaborate on complex global engagements.
