Chicago, IL – Baker Tilly, a leading firm with a fiscal year 2024 net revenue of $1.72 billion, has announced the promotion of Fred Massanova to the position of Chief Growth Officer. In this pivotal role, Massanova will spearhead the firm's growth strategy, concentrating on organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.
Massanova's responsibilities will encompass overseeing a wide range of growth initiatives, which include expanding service lines, penetrating industry-specific markets, and developing innovative products and solutions tailored to client needs. He will also provide leadership and strategic direction for Baker Tilly's operations in the East markets, guiding the firm's efforts in various sectors such as manufacturing, technology, life sciences, construction, real estate, professional services, healthcare, higher education, and private wealth.
