Accounting and advisory firm BDO USA has elected Natalie Kotlyar as the new chair of its board of directors, effective from July 1, 2024. Accompanying her appointment, BDO has made several other changes, including Kirstie Tiernan as a new board member and John Marquardt's re-election, demonstrating the company's commitment to enhancing client service and growth through strategic leadership appointments.
BDO USA, a leading accounting and advisory firm, has announced the election of Natalie Kotlyar as the new chair of its board of directors, effective July 1, 2024. Kotlyar, who has been with BDO for over 25 years, succeeds Kelly Johnson, the firm's first female board chair who served since 2019.
Kotlyar has been a member of the board since November 2020 and was re-elected to a new term this year. Throughout her tenure at BDO, she has held various leadership positions, most recently leading the firm's industry group program and managing relationships with priority clients. Additionally, she serves as BDO's country coordinator for Israel and Eastern Europe.
