Bloomington, Minnesota-based accounting and advisory firm, Boeckermann Grafstrom & Mayer (BGM), has integrated with Minneapolis-based mergers and acquisitions firm, SealedBid, in a strategic move to expand their potential and enhance their capabilities. The integration brings BGM's professional team to 170 members and aims at offering more comprehensive solutions to clients, reflecting BGM's commitment to growth and excellence in serving businesses throughout the region.
Boeckermann Grafstrom & Mayer (BGM), a Bloomington, Minnesota-based accounting and advisory firm, has announced the integration of SealedBid, a Minneapolis-based mergers and acquisitions (M&A) firm specializing in the lower mid-market sector.
This strategic move enhances BGM's capabilities, bringing the firm's total professional team to 170 members. Over the past three decades, BGM and SealedBid have maintained a collaborative relationship, referring clients and working together on various projects.
Established in 1993, SealedBid focuses on assisting lower mid-market companies with services including sales, mergers, acquisitions, and valuations of privately held businesses across Minnesota, the Midwest, and the broader United States.
Cory M. Parnell, CEO of BGM, expressed enthusiasm about the integration, stating that SealedBid's expertise in M&A complements BGM's existing services, enabling the firm to offer more comprehensive solutions to clients. Gerald R. Clark, founder and managing director of SealedBid, echoed this sentiment, noting that the partnership aligns with BGM's philosophy of advising clients throughout the business lifecycle.
