Blackman and Sloop has announced the appointment of Anthony Martinez as chief growth officer, expanding its executive leadership team to support long term strategic development.
In his role, Martinez is responsible for advancing both organic and inorganic growth initiatives, strengthening firm operations, and collaborating across service lines to drive sustainable expansion. He works closely with firm leadership to align operational priorities with broader strategic objectives and enhance overall performance.
Martinez brings a process oriented and analytical leadership approach shaped by his academic background in science. He holds a bachelor of science in chemistry from Fairfield University and a master of science and Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Chicago. His experience reflects a structured approach to problem solving and organizational development.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Martinez serves as chairman of the board of HD Reach, a North Carolina based nonprofit organization that provides care navigation and support to families affected by Huntington’s Disease.
The appointment reflects Blackman and Sloop’s continued focus on structured growth planning and leadership alignment as the firm advances its long term strategy and service capabilities.
