Boulay, an accounting firm, has elevated Dana Bormann, CPA, to Chief Learning and Development Officer, where she will focus on enhancing professional growth and operational efficiency at the company, effective August 1, 2024. Having originally joined the firm in 1999 and returning in 2012, Bormann's insider experience and expertise allow her to support employee development and engagement across the company.
Boulay has promoted Dana Bormann, CPA, to the role of Chief Learning and Development Officer, effective August 1, 2024. With a focus on elevating professional growth and operational efficiency, Bormann now leads the firm’s Learning and Development department, where she spearheads initiatives spanning technology adoption, process improvement, and customized training pathways.
Bormann originally joined Boulay in 1999 and returned in 2012 after gaining experience in private industry. Her deep understanding of the firm’s culture and operations positions her to enhance employee development and engagement firmwide.
