Bethany M. Spencer has rejoined accounting firm Boyer & Ritter as a senior associate after garnering experience in various fields such as non-profit governance, manufacturing operations, and higher education. Spencer's technical expertise and leadership skills are expected to enhance Boyer & Ritter’s expanding team.
Boyer & Ritter has announced the return of Bethany M. Spencer to its team as a senior associate, reinforcing its commitment to talent with diverse industry insight. Spencer previously worked at the firm and has since gained experience in manufacturing operations, higher education, and nonprofit governance.
During her time away, Spencer was instrumental at Powder Metal Goldschmidt (PMG) in building out internal control systems and later served as an assistant professor of accounting at Juniata College, her alma mater. She also recently held a board seat at Huntingdon House, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting domestic violence victims through shelter and legal advocacy.
Her return adds both technical expertise and community leadership experience to Boyer & Ritter’s growing team.
