With over 35 years of experience in the accounting field, including 12 years on Brown Plus’ audit professional staff, her expertise is unparalleled.

Recognized in 2022 on the Central Penn Business Journal’s (CPBJ) Power 30 List for Banking and Finance, Deborah is also a graduate of the Leadership Harrisburg Area Executive Leadership Series. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Shippensburg University. Deborah is based in the Camp Hill office.

Scott Henry: Audit Principal

Scott Henry has been promoted to Audit Principal, following his previous role as Audit Senior Manager. With more than nine years of public accounting experience, Scott specializes in audit and review services for governmental entities and nonprofit organizations.

Named a CPBJ Forty Under 40 honoree in 2023, Scott also completed the Leadership Harrisburg Area Community Leadership Series. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) and an MBA from Shippensburg University. Scott operates out of the Camp Hill office.

Ashley Hershey: Audit Principal

Ashley Hershey now serves as Audit Principal, previously holding the role of Audit Senior Manager. With over a decade of public accounting experience, Ashley excels in providing financial statement, tax, and consulting services for local governments, nonprofits, and closely held companies.

Ashley’s accolades include being named a CPBJ Woman to Watch in 2022 and a Forty Under 40 winner in 2020. A graduate of the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, she earned her Bachelor’s and MBA from Shippensburg University. Ashley works from the Hanover office.
