CapinCrouse Welcomes Six New Partners

The national CPA and consulting firm CapinCrouse has promoted six new partners, effective from 1 June 2024, as part of its commitment to enhancing its services for nonprofit clients. The new partners, Nathan Davis, Courtney Gregory, Mark Hepner, Jeremy Landon, Ashley Peabody, and Ryan Smith, all have specific areas of expertise within the nonprofit sector, with their admission reflecting the firm's intent to further establish itself as a leader within this industry.

CapinCrouse, a national CPA and consulting firm dedicated to serving nonprofit organizations, has announced the admission of six new partners, effective June 1, 2024. This expansion reflects the firm's commitment to enhancing its expertise and service offerings to nonprofit clients nationwide.

New Partners and Their Areas of Expertise:

Nathan Davis: Specializes in auditing, accounting, and related services for a diverse range of nonprofit entities, including churches, colleges, private schools, and international mission organizations. He is also a member of the firm's Church and Denomination industry team.

Courtney Gregory: Joined CapinCrouse in 2021, bringing extensive public accounting and nonprofit experience, including serving as the Vice President of Finance for a social services nonprofit. She is a member of the firm's National Consulting Team, assisting clients with financial reporting, budgeting, and planning.

Mark Hepner: Provides assurance services to various nonprofit clients, including churches, colleges, and private schools. He has international experience performing external foreign field audits for mission-sending organizations and is a member of the firm's Quality Control, Church and Denomination industry, and International industry teams.

Jeremy Landon: Has broad experience in the nonprofit sector, serving clients such as churches, colleges, loan funds, and foundations. He is a member of the firm's Quality Control and Church and Denomination industry teams.

Ashley Peabody: Specializes in tax-exempt compliance services, including Form 990 and 990-T filings, and assists exempt organizations with general tax matters, such as unrelated business income and foreign activities reporting.

Ryan Smith: Leads CapinCrouse’s healthcare industry practice, providing expertise on technical accounting matters, U.S. GAAP and international financial reporting standards, internal control assessments, and other complexities impacting the healthcare industry.
