Philadelphia-based CPA and advisory firm, Centri Business Consulting, has promoted Max Heller, a specialist in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory, to the position of Partner, acknowledging his crucial role in the firm's growth since joining in 2022. Centri's elevation of Heller demonstrates the company's approach to internal talent recognition and leadership advancement, vital to the ongoing expansion of its services and clientele.
Centri Business Consulting, a Philadelphia-based CPA and advisory firm, has announced the promotion of Max Heller to Partner, effective January 2025. Heller, who joined Centri in October 2022, has over 20 years of experience in merger and acquisition (M&A) consulting, providing advisory services to private equity firms, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic corporate clients.
Throughout his career, Heller has consulted on over 600 transactions, with enterprise values ranging from $2 million to $6 billion. He has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of Centri's M&A advisory practice, delivering exceptional results for clients.
