HHM CPAs, a Chattanooga-based accounting and advisory firm, has announced the promotion of Chelsea O’Shields to partner. With FY2023 net revenue of $64.5 million, the firm continues to grow nationally, now with a partner group of 35 professionals guiding its strategic direction and client services.
O’Shields began her career at HHM more than a decade ago as a tax season intern. Her advancement through the firm reflects a consistent trajectory of professional growth, driven by a strong work ethic, technical skill, and a commitment to delivering value to clients.
Throughout her tenure, she has led a broad range of tax and assurance engagements, serving clients across multiple industries. Her expertise includes the application of federal and state tax credits, utilization of accelerated depreciation strategies, and structuring mergers and acquisitions to achieve optimal tax outcomes.
Her promotion marks a significant milestone for the firm’s internal talent development initiatives and highlights HHM’s commitment to recognizing individuals who embody its values of integrity, service, and innovation.
