West Palm Beach-based INSIDE Public Accounting (IPA) has promoted Chelsea Summers to executive director, where she will manage IPA's operations, including their Practice Management Surveys and high-level initiative, the Rosenberg Survey. After 11 years of service with IPA, Summers's promotion, commended by former managing director Charles Hylan and President of The Growth Partnership Amanda Garner, marks a significant milestone for the company known for providing key insights and support to the accounting profession.
INSIDE Public Accounting (IPA), based in West Palm Beach, Florida, has announced the promotion of Chelsea Summers to the position of executive director, effective January 1, 2025. In this role, Summers will oversee both IPA's operations—including the Practice Management Surveys and thought leadership initiatives—and The Rosenberg Survey. With over 11 years of dedicated service to IPA, she has been instrumental in supporting the organization's Practice Management Surveys and has played a crucial role in its strategic growth and industry leadership.
Summers succeeds former managing director Charles Hylan, who expressed confidence in her leadership, stating, "Her passion for excellence, combined with her deep industry knowledge and strategic vision, ensures that IPA and the Rosenberg Survey are in great hands." Amanda Garner, president of The Growth Partnership, also endorsed Summers' appointment, highlighting her proven track record and visionary approach as key factors in guiding IPA into the future.
