Christopher S.W. Blake Appointed Chair of Alliott Global Alliance's North America Region

Alliott Global Alliance (AGA) is pleased to announce the election of Christopher S.W. Blake, a partner at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, to its worldwide board. Effective December 1, Blake assumes the role of Chair for the North America region, bringing over two decades of expertise in corporate and M&A law. In this new role, he will lead the efforts to expand AGA’s presence in North America and foster regional and international collaboration among AGA member firms.

Leadership Transition and Regional Expansion

Blake, who co-chairs Hahn Loeser’s International Practice and Corporate Transactions Groups, takes over from Daryl Petrick, the former Chair, who will continue to serve on the Worldwide Board as the Accounting Chair. Blake is supported in the North America region by Valérie Menard, a partner at HNA, AGA’s accounting representative in Montreal and Québec City, Canada, who has been appointed Deputy Chair.

AGA’s North American membership has grown significantly in recent years, with over 30 law and accounting firms now part of the alliance. As Chair, Blake will play a pivotal role in driving AGA’s strategic growth to meet the evolving and complex needs of domestic and international clients in the region. He will work alongside regional members to provide valuable business opportunities and foster the best environment for success.
