CohnReznick Adds Three Senior Leaders Across Assurance, Transaction Advisory, and SALT Practices

New York-based firm CohnReznick has expanded its leadership team with the addition of three seasoned partners: Milton Tse as assurance partner, Sebastien Cuvelier as transaction advisory services partner, and Jaime Reichardt as state and local tax (SALT) practice leader. The appointments strengthen the firm’s technical depth and strategic capabilities across key service lines. 

Milton Tse, based in the firm’s new San Francisco office, brings more than 25 years of audit and advisory experience serving public and private companies in the technology and manufacturing sectors. He has led complex domestic and international engagements and offers deep expertise in software revenue recognition, business combinations and complex financial equity instruments. Tse also has extensive experience supporting SEC filings and securities offerings, and advising midsize organizations on strengthening financial controls. His work includes comprehensive risk assessments, internal control design and modernizing audit processes with advanced technologies.

Sebastien Cuvelier joins as a transaction advisory services partner, bringing more than 25 years of global experience advising Fortune 1000 companies and private equity firms across software, technology, telecom, consumer and healthcare. His background spans buy-side and sell-side diligence, post-merger integration, carve-outs, IPO readiness, cash optimization and internal controls. Cuvelier has advised on more than 500 global M&A transactions from $10 million to $10 billion and is recognized for driving value creation and advising C-suites and private equity boards.

Jaime Reichardt has joined as partner and leader of the firm’s SALT practice. With extensive multi-state tax experience, Reichardt is a recognized industry thought leader whose expertise covers transactional tax implications, residency and domicile planning, nexus and apportionment analyses, revenue sourcing, sales and gross receipts tax, realty transfer taxes and multistate controversy matters. He has represented clients in audits and before administrative tribunals, advised on state tax policy and worked as a state tax lobbyist.
