New York-based accounting firm, CohnReznick LLP, has implemented several key leadership appointments including Mike Barber, Brett Burgan, Eric Danner, Michael Fussman, Jason Burian, Emily Butler, Kash Hussain, Ryan Mills, Zubin Mistry, and Wesley Prato. This move is part of the firm's strategy to strengthen its presence in key markets across the U.S. and enhance service delivery, reflected in the various geographical and functional roles that these new leaders will undertake.
New York-based accounting firm CohnReznick LLP, with fiscal year 2023 net revenue of $1.05 billion, has implemented several key national leadership appointments effective February 1, 2025.
New Appointments:
• Mike Barber: Expanded his role to Office Managing Partner – Texas.
• Brett Burgan: Assumed the role of Restructuring & Dispute Resolution (RDR) Practice Leader. Within this practice,
o Eric Danner: Now leads the Restructuring segment.
o Michael Fussman: Leads the Dispute Resolution segment.
• Jason Burian: Appointed as Regional Managing Partner – South/West.
• Emily Butler: Assumed the role of Office Managing Partner – Miami.
• Kash Hussain: Took on the role of Office Managing Partner – San Diego, in addition to his existing role as Office Managing Partner – Los Angeles.
• Ryan Mills: Appointed as Office Managing Partner – Atlanta.
• Zubin Mistry: Assumed the role of South/West Regional Assurance Service Line Leader.
• Wesley Prato: Appointed as Office Managing Partner – Chicago.
David Kessler, CEO of CohnReznick, emphasized the firm's dedication to leadership development, stating, "A key facet of CohnReznick’s growth strategy is its ongoing commitment to succession and development of leaders across the firm.
