Adding more than 20 years of experience in M&A transactions, strategy development, and finance functions, Sachs will improve technology capabilities, professional development, and expand the firm's private equity team.
New York based accounting and advisory firm CohnReznick LLP has appointed Scott G. Sachs as private equity practice leader, reflecting the firm’s continued investment in expanding its capabilities to support increasingly complex private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
The firm stated that the appointment aligns with its strategy to enhance service delivery across the private equity investment lifecycle. Scott G. Sachs will oversee efforts to strengthen technology capabilities, expand practitioner expertise through professional development, and grow the firm’s private equity team.
CohnReznick LLP operates an integrated client service model designed to align advisory teams and services with the evolving needs of private equity sponsors. The model supports clients throughout the investment lifecycle, including transaction support, value creation initiatives across portfolio companies, and fund operations and reporting.
“Private equity success is about speed, confidence, and execution,” said Sachs.
