Advisory, assurance, and tax firm CohnReznick has appointed Angela Ty as a Financial Services Partner, beginning January 13, 2025. Ty, who boasts nearly two decades of experience, specializes in alternative investments and is expected to bring remarkable value to the firm's clients, particularly those in the Bay Area, serving the private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds industries.
CohnReznick LLP, a leading advisory, assurance, and tax firm, has announced the appointment of Angela (Angie) Ty as a Financial Services Partner, effective January 13, 2025. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Ty specializes in the alternative investments industry, focusing on private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds.
With nearly two decades of experience, Ty has provided insights on technical matters and industry trends to clients and stakeholders. She has led the successful launch of new solutions for alternative investment managers and developed U.S. ESG reporting strategies for private equity and asset management clients. Prior to joining CohnReznick, Ty was a partner in a Big Four firm's audit practice, specializing in venture capital and private equity funds.
