Cohen brings over 30 years of experience serving as a trusted business advisor to clients in various industries. His expertise includes ASC 740 tax provision experience, both in audit and preparation of tax provisions. Cohen has also led federal, state, and local tax compliance engagements for businesses of all sizes, including the preparation of complex federal and state returns.
