RSM US LLP, a premier provider of assurance, tax, and consulting services, has appointed seasoned professional Donna Sciarappa as its first Enterprise Client Experience Leader. In this role, she will aim to heighten client understanding and improve the consistency and empathy of the client experience as part of RSM's commitment to meet the dynamically changing needs of their middle-market clients.
RSM US LLP, a leading provider of assurance, tax, and consulting services for the middle market, has appointed Donna Sciarappa as its inaugural Enterprise Client Experience Leader, effective May 1, 2024.
Professional Background
With over 35 years of experience in professional services, Sciarappa has been instrumental in leading RSM's client service excellence strategy. She has served on RSM’s executive leadership, markets, and operations teams and is a former member of the U.S. Board of Directors. Currently, she serves on the RSM US Foundation Board of Directors and is the national executive sponsor for the firm's STAR employee network group, which identifies high-performing women and champions their path to partnership.
Role and Responsibilities
In her new role, Sciarappa will focus on expanding and leveraging client understanding to differentiate RSM through enhanced client experiences. She will collaborate across the firm to align core relationship management processes, rewards, metrics, and talent, aiming to deliver consistent and empathetic experiences at critical customer journey points.
