Eide Bailly LLP has appointed Francois Moller as a new partner in its Transaction Advisory Services team. Moller, who has nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting and advisory roles, will contribute his expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial due diligence, further fortifying Eide Bailly’s capabilities in supporting clients through complex transactions.

Eide Bailly LLP, a Fargo, N.D.-based accounting firm with FY24 net revenue of $704.9 million, has appointed Francois Moller as a new partner within its Transaction Advisory Services team. Moller, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting and advisory roles, will contribute his expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial due diligence for both buyers and sellers.

Moller’s Background and Expertise

Moller’s extensive experience spans multiple industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, distribution, business services, food and beverage, and consumer products. His global background in cross-border engagements covers regions such as Europe, the UK, Canada, and Africa, along with two years in Bermuda serving financial institutions.

Expressing enthusiasm for his new role, Moller stated, "I look forward to leveraging my expertise in M&A transactions to offer clear, practical advice and leadership that will assist our clients in achieving success in their ventures."
