Fargo, N.D.-based accounting and advisory firm Eide Bailly (FY24 net revenue of $705 million) has announced key updates to its Board of Directors, marking a significant step in the firm’s strategic leadership. Lisa Chaffee has been elected as a board member, while Paul Skeen has been re-elected and appointed Chair of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Andy Kaiser has been named Vice Chair, further solidifying Eide Bailly’s leadership framework.
