Accounting firm EisnerAmper has appointed Matthew T. Brown and Michelle A. Myhra as the respective Partners-in-Charge of its Minneapolis and San Diego offices, effective from January 1, 2026. The move is part of the firm's strategic alignment of leadership responsibilities, replacing Beth K. Leonard and Stephen J. Brownell in these roles, respectively, who will remain as partners.
New York-based firm EisnerAmper has announced leadership transitions at its Minneapolis and San Diego offices, effective January 1, 2026.
Matthew T. Brown has been named partner-in-charge (PIC) of the Minneapolis office, where he will oversee day-to-day operations and long-term growth strategy for a team of more than 175 professionals. A tax partner in the private client services group, Brown advises individuals, privately held businesses and trusts and estates. He is a member of the AICPA and the American Bar Association and serves on the board of trustees of the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He succeeds Beth K. Leonard, who will continue with the firm as a partner.
Michelle A. Myhra has been appointed PIC of the San Diego office, leading a team of more than 80 professionals. Myhra is a tax partner in the private client services group, advising high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates and private foundations. She is a member of the AICPA and is active in the San Dieguito Chapter of the National Charity League. She succeeds Stephen J. Brownell, who will remain a partner.
