This appointment comes during a period of expansion in advisory services at EisnerAmper, and Braverman, with over 35 years' experience in transaction consulting, litigation, auditing, and accounting, is projected to bring valuable skills to support the firm's growth.
EisnerAmper, a leading global business advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Michael Braverman as the firm's National Leader of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and Leader of Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation Services (FLVS) at its New York office.
Professional Background:
With over 35 years of experience, Braverman specializes in transactional consulting, litigation services, arbitration, auditing, and complex accounting. He primarily advises law firms, private equity firms, and both public and private entities. His expertise encompasses buy- and sell-side M&A transaction diligence and structuring, forensic investigations, and commercial litigation/disputes. Braverman has also served as an expert witness, consultant, and neutral arbitrator in numerous matters.
