EisnerAmper, a New York accounting firm, has announced Gregory Chin as a partner in its Transaction Advisory Services practice and the head of the firm's Cannabis and Hemp Group. Chin's diverse industry experience, including in cannabis and hemp businesses, and his expertise in financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions will significantly benefit EisnerAmper's expanding practice areas.
EisnerAmper, a prominent New York-based accounting firm, has announced the addition of Gregory Chin as a partner in its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. Chin will also serve as the partner-in-charge of the firm's Cannabis and Hemp Group. With a robust background spanning 30 years, Chin brings extensive expertise in advising private companies, private equity groups, and founder-led businesses on financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and strategic advisory matters.
Based in Boston, Chin has a diverse industry experience that includes manufacturing, construction, hospitality, sports, and entertainment. His significant experience in advising cannabis and hemp businesses, investors, and stakeholders on financial performance and transaction opportunities positions him as a valuable asset to EisnerAmper's expanding practice areas.
