SVA Certified Public Accountants has appointed Eric Trost as its new President, succeeding Glen Weyenberg, who served the firm for 38 years. Incoming President Trost, with his 22 years of experience at SVA, intends to uphold the firm's culture of trust, innovation, and service, while continuing to evolve SVA with a focus on people development, service expansion, and client-focused strategies.

SVA Certified Public Accountants has announced the appointment of Eric Trost as its new President, effective June 1, 2025, following the retirement of long-time leader Glen Weyenberg, who served the firm for 38 years, including five as President. Trost brings 22 years of experience at SVA, during which he led the Tax Department, served on the Board of Directors, and built a reputation for strategic insight and deep client relationships.

“It’s a privilege to follow in Glen’s footsteps,” Trost said, pledging to uphold the firm’s culture of trust, innovation, and service.
