Ericksen Krentel CPAs and Consultants has promoted three professionals, Tani Budde, Gretchen Lozes Fischer, and Amanda Waguespack to its partnership. Their advanced technical expertise and commitment to client success, spanning governmental, nonprofit, and private sectors, are intended to strengthen the firm's leadership across audit, advisory, and tax services.
Ericksen Krentel CPAs and Consultants has announced the admission of three professionals to its partnership, effective January 1, strengthening leadership across audit, advisory, and tax services.
Tani Budde, Gretchen Lozes Fischer, and Amanda Waguespack bring deep technical expertise and client service experience across governmental, nonprofit, and privately held sectors. Firm leadership noted that the promotions reflect sustained performance, leadership capability, and commitment to advancing client outcomes.
Budde joined the firm in 2023 and most recently served as a senior audit manager in the assurance and advisory practice in the Baton Rouge office. His work focuses on governmental and nonprofit audits, including complex implementations of Governmental Accounting Standards Board pronouncements, with additional experience in charter schools and local government advisory services.
Fischer joined the firm in 2018 and previously served as a senior manager in assurance and advisory services. She conducts audits for governmental, nonprofit, and privately held entities and performs agreed upon procedures and internal control evaluations. She also leads the firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice, providing technical oversight and ensuring compliance with ERISA and Department of Labor standards.
Waguespack joined the firm in 2016 and most recently served as a senior manager in tax advisory services. Her work includes compliance and long term tax planning for individuals, businesses, trusts, and nonprofits, with experience in estate planning, historic tax credits, cost segregation, and tax exempt reporting.
