Accounting firm Boulay has appointed Erik Allen, a Certified Public Accountant and Certified M&A Advisor, as its next Managing Partner, effective June 1, 2026, following the retirement of current Managing Partner Tom Johnson. Allen, who has previously led Boulay's audit department, will be responsible for firm strategy, growth, partner development, and service quality.
Boulay has named Erik Allen, CPA, CM&AA, as its next Managing Partner, with the transition set for June 1, 2026, following the retirement of current MP Tom Johnson. Johnson will step down after more than 40 years at the firm, including four years leading its strategic growth and culture.
Allen, a Boulay veteran and former head of the audit department, will oversee firm strategy, growth opportunities, partner development, and service quality. A CPA and Certified M&A Advisor, Allen currently serves on the Boards of both Boulay PLLP and Boulay Financial Advisors.
He emphasized continuity and transformation in his remarks: “I’m honored to build on Boulay’s legacy while driving strategic transformation grounded in our culture and core values.”
