Katz Sapper & Miller (KSM), an accounting and advisory firm based in Indianapolis, has named Erin Wagoner as its Chief People Officer. Wagoner will spearhead strategies aimed at enhancing the workplace experience, focusing on areas such as talent acquisition, retention, wellbeing, flexibility, and fostering a work culture that aligns with KSM's values, mission, and long-term success.
Indianapolis-based accounting and advisory firm Katz Sapper & Miller (KSM) has announced the appointment of Erin Wagoner as chief people officer (CPO). In this role, Wagoner will lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience while aligning human resources strategies with the firm’s broader business objectives.
As a member of KSM’s executive committee, Wagoner will be responsible for sustaining and strengthening the firm’s people-focused culture. Her priorities include championing career and leadership development, improving talent acquisition and retention, promoting wellbeing, and fostering a flexible and empowering work environment. She will collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure that people strategies support KSM’s mission, values, and long-term success.
