Ernst & Young LLP has named Kristi Eckert as the office managing partner for the Cincinnati division, effective from the 1st of March, replacing Jeremy Vaughan. Eckert, a consulting partner with over 24 years of experience, will be overseeing client service delivery and team development, reflecting EY's commitment to leadership development and regional expansion.
Ernst & Young LLP has appointed Kristi Eckert as office managing partner of its Cincinnati office, effective March 1. She succeeds Jeremy Vaughan, who has led the office since April 2020 and will transition to an expanded role within EY’s Global and Americas Consumer Sector teams.
Vaughan’s tenure included strengthening EY’s regional presence, expanding relationships across the business and civic community, and guiding the office through significant growth and operational challenges.
Eckert is a consulting partner in EY’s consumer and health industry group and brings more than 24 years of experience across the United States, United Kingdom, and Latin America. Her background includes serving as a market segment leader and global client service partner for major accounts. In Cincinnati, she has been actively involved in talent development and community engagement initiatives, including campus recruiting, mentorship programs, the Professional Women’s Network, and the Cincinnati Neurodiversity Accelerator.
EY stated that Eckert’s appointment reflects its continued investment in leadership development and regional growth. In her new role, she will oversee client service delivery and team development in the Cincinnati market, leveraging the firm’s global capabilities to support local businesses and community stakeholders.
