Forvis Mazars, a leading global professional services network, has appointed Thomas Kienzle to lead its German Desk, enhancing services for clients with business interests in both the U.S. and German markets.
Professional Background
Kienzle brings 12 years of experience from a major international firm in Germany and the United States. As a licensed CPA in both countries and fluent in both languages, he will focus on audit and financial accounting services, leveraging expertise in areas such as transfer pricing, tax compliance, international tax services, and M&A due diligence.
Strategic Importance
Germany is the third-largest foreign direct investor in the U.S. market, with over 6,000 subsidiaries of German-headquartered entities operating in the country. Kienzle's leadership aims to strengthen the business relationship between the two nations by assisting clients in navigating complex, cross-border issues.
Firm Leadership
Michael Coletti, partner and global business leader for Forvis Mazars in the U.S., stated, "A targeted strategy and effective implementation are essential for international activities.
