Top accounting and consulting firm, Forvis Mazars, has appointed Keith Giddens, Tammy Rivera, and Caleb Vuljanic to its U.S. governing board. The three, all managing partners, will serve three-year terms and are responsible for setting the company's strategic direction and ensuring long-term growth and stewardship.
Top 10 accounting and consulting firm Forvis Mazars has announced the addition of Keith Giddens, Tammy Rivera, and Caleb Vuljanic to its U.S. governing board, effective November 1. All three are managing partners at the firm and were elected by their peers to serve three-year terms. The board is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic direction and ensuring long-term growth and stewardship.
“We are pleased to welcome these highly experienced leaders to the Governing Board,” said Tim York, Chief Growth Officer and Board Chair. “Keith, Tammy, and Caleb bring fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and unique strengths that will complement our existing leadership team.”
Giddens serves as managing partner for Tax Specialty Services and has previously led offices in Charlotte, Washington, D.C., and Greenville, S.C. Rivera is the managing partner of the Colorado-Salt Lake practice unit, overseeing more than 200 professionals across Denver, Colorado Springs, and Salt Lake City, with deep expertise in healthcare assurance and consulting. Vuljanic, the Metro D.C. managing partner, provides assurance services to technology, private equity, and professional services clients and has served in the firm’s professional standards group.
