Grant Thornton, a major audit, tax, and advisory firm, has promoted 56 professionals to senior leadership roles, with the promotions effective from August 1, 2024. Nearly half of those promoted specialize in auditing, with the remaining spread across tax, advisory, and internal services sectors; this demonstrates the company's commitment to talent recognition and development as it approaches its 100th anniversary.
Grant Thornton, a leading audit, tax, and advisory firm, has announced the promotion of 56 professionals to senior leadership positions, effective August 1, 2024.
The promotions include:
• 13 new partners in attest services
• 9 new principals in non-attest services
• 22 professionals elevated to managing directors in non-attest services
• 12 professionals promoted to managing directors in attest services
Seth Siegel, CEO of Grant Thornton, emphasized the significance of these advancements: "I look forward to this milestone every year because it celebrates those newly promoted and acknowledges the personalized, quality services they provide every day. Grant Thornton is approaching our 100th anniversary, and we’re meeting the moment by combining dynamic client services with a singular work environment for our teammates."
The firm highlighted that 44% of the newly promoted professionals specialize in audit and assurance, with the remaining professionals contributing to tax (27%), advisory (20%), and internal services (9%) sectors.
These promotions reflect Grant Thornton's commitment to recognizing and advancing talent within the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients as the firm approaches its centennial milestone.
