Lisa Heller has been promoted to partner in nonprofit tax at GRF CPAs & Advisors, a Bethesda-based firm. Known for her significant industry expertise, Heller's promotion will support the company’s focus on nonprofit organizations and its efforts towards growth and expansion.
Bethesda, Md.-based firm GRF CPAs & Advisors has promoted Lisa Heller to partner in nonprofit tax, recognizing her long-standing leadership and deep expertise serving tax-exempt organizations.
Heller brings more than 25 years of experience advising nonprofit clients and has been a key contributor to GRF’s nonprofit tax practice since joining the firm. She is widely recognized for her thought leadership, regularly publishing guidance on tax legislation, compliance deadlines and emerging nonprofit issues. She also presents frequently on nonprofit tax topics through GRF-hosted webinars and at national industry conferences, including events organized by AICPA & CIMA and the Greater Washington Society of CPAs.
Heller currently serves as vice chair of the AICPA Exempt Organizations Tax Technical Resource Panel and is a member of the GWSCPA Nonprofit Symposium Planning Committee.
