 H&CO has announced the addition of four seasoned executives to its leadership team, collectively bringing over 70 years of industry experience. This strategic move aims to enhance the firm's capabilities across international tax, accounting, technology, entity management, trust services, human capital, and global expansion.

Eduardo Carrillo – President, Tax & Accounting Division

Eduardo Carrillo, a licensed CPA with over 17 years in the industry, has been pivotal in shaping H&CO's international tax strategy for more than 12 years. Previously, he served as a Tax Manager at KPMG for over five years, advising multinational clients. In his new role, Carrillo will continue to lead and expand H&CO's global tax advisory services, reinforcing the firm's commitment to assisting businesses in navigating complex international tax matters.

Michelle Gonzalez-Rubio – Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Miami Office Managing Partner

With over 18 years of experience in the CPA industry, Michelle Gonzalez-Rubio steps into the dual role of CFO and Miami Office Managing Partner. She will oversee H&CO's financial strategy, risk management, and performance optimization, ensuring sustained financial health and operational efficiency. Her expertise in financial management and strategic planning will be instrumental in driving the firm's growth and supporting its long-term objectives.

Nicole K. Cunningham – Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Nicole K. Cunningham, bringing over 15 years of business development experience, has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer. Danay Ramirez – Chief Operating Officer (COO)

With more than 15 years in the CPA industry, Danay Ramirez assumes the role of Chief Operating Officer.
