With over 30 years of experience in public accounting and advisory services, Alles brings a wealth of expertise to the firm.
Professional Background:
Alles began her career with top-tier firms before establishing her own business advisory and tax firm. She holds active CPA licenses in Oregon, North Carolina, and Florida and earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and her Master’s in Taxation from Portland State University.

At the Winter Haven office, Alles leads the government contracting and tax team, focusing on efficient tax planning and wealth accumulation strategies for closely held business owners and individuals. She is also part of the firm's executive leadership team, dedicated to mentoring team members and enhancing their professional development.

Outside of her professional commitments, Alles enjoys exploring art museums and has a longstanding history of supporting global "big cat" rescue and preservation efforts. She also values travel adventures with her retired military husband.
