She brings over 30 years of diverse HR leadership experience to the firm.

Prior to joining Herbein, Bashore dedicated more than 23 years to Caron Treatment Centers, an internationally recognized non-profit specializing in addiction and behavioral healthcare treatment, research, prevention, and addiction medicine education. As Chief Operating Officer at Caron, she managed day-to-day operations, including human resources, training, professional development, quality, compliance, risk management, admissions, facilities, regional services, marketing, and business development.
