HHM CPAs, a prominent accounting and consulting firm with offices in Chattanooga, Cleveland, Memphis, Tennessee, and Pensacola, Florida, has announced the promotion of Lee Ferguson, CPA, and Scott Lowe, CPA, to partner positions, increasing the firm's total number of partners to 34.
Lee Ferguson, CPA
With over 17 years of public accounting experience, Ferguson offers a comprehensive range of tax and accounting services, including:
• Tax consulting and preparation
• Buy/sell due diligence
• Accounting process implementation
• Cash flow analysis
• Purchase price allocation assistance
• Industry-specific consulting services
He is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Springfield.
Scott Lowe, CPA
Bringing more than 25 years of experience in tax and accounting, Lowe has demonstrated exceptional leadership in:
• Audit and assurance services
• Consulting
• Tax planning services
His commitment to building long-term client relationships has been instrumental in helping clients achieve their financial objectives. Lowe graduated from the University of Tennessee.
