In his role, Seipp aims to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes to enhance the firm's capacity to serve its clients effectively. Before joining KatzAbosch, Seipp served as Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where he led strategic initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders across the firm’s Non-Financial Risk (NFR) organizations. He focused on developing and executing comprehensive risk management solutions while working closely with Operational Risk, Compliance, and Global Financial Crimes teams. In addition, Seipp chaired the NFR Metrics Steering Committee, overseeing governance and reporting activities to align with organizational objectives. Previously, he held the position of Director of Business Management and Talent Development Lead for Morgan Stanley’s Operational Risk Department. 

Seipp holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from Salisbury University and a Master of Science in Financial Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He is certified in DAWIA Level 1 Contracting, Analytics for Talent Management, and Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
