Jim Chinn has been with Keiter since 2017, focusing on tax consulting and compliance services for privately owned businesses and individual clients, particularly in the health and medical services and real estate sectors. He is recognized as a leader within Keiter’s health and medical services team.

Melissa Dambach brings over 20 years of public accounting experience, specializing in tax planning, consulting, and compliance for high-net-worth families and their associated entities. She plays a key role in Keiter’s family, executive, and entrepreneur advisory services team.

Elizabeth Lewis has been part of Keiter since 2011, where she specializes in serving large not-for-profit organizations, real estate companies, and real estate investment funds. She contributes significantly to the firm’s financial services and real estate and construction teams.

Paul Staples started his journey at Keiter as an intern in 2012 and has since gained extensive experience in business tax planning and compliance, along with transaction advisory consulting for clients in the real estate and financial services industries. He co-leads the firm’s cost segregation team and is actively involved in the real estate and construction and financial services teams.
