Glen Allen, Va.-based firm Keiter has expanded its Raleigh, N.C., presence by appointing Branden J. Elmendorf as senior tax manager and market leader. Elmendorf, formerly of Cherry Bekaert, brings over 15 years of tax compliance expertise, which will be used to support client growth in professional services, healthcare and private equity, and to widen the firm's regional influence.
