Leading accounting and consulting firm, AAFCPAs, announced the promotion of Kim Beauchamp to Partner beginning April 1, 2024. Beauchamp, known for her strategic operational improvements and prioritization of a strong cultural growth mindset, has more than two decades of experience in financial and operational management and has assumed the responsibilities of a managing partner since joining the firm in December 2021.

AAFCPAs, a leading accounting and consulting firm, has announced the promotion of Kim Beauchamp, CPA, to Partner, effective April 1, 2024. Since joining the firm in December 2021, Beauchamp has significantly impacted AAFCPAs by assuming the managing partner's responsibilities for operational oversight. She has driven improvements in operational strategy, resource management, change management efforts, and workflow efficiency and automation, all while prioritizing the needs of people, culture, and a growth mindset.
Professional Background
Prior to her tenure at AAFCPAs, Beauchamp accumulated over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operational management within growth-oriented organizations. She has served in senior executive management positions, including Chief Operating Officer for a large accounting firm and Chief Financial Officer for a $150 million commercial construction company.
Educational Qualifications
Beauchamp earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Assumption College. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, and the CPA Firm Management Association.
