KLR, a prominent accounting and business consulting firm based in Providence, Rhode Island, has announced the promotion of Joseph Burnett and Patrick Darcy to partners, effective July 1, 2024.
Joseph Burnett, now a partner in the Tax Services Group, brings over 25 years of experience in personalized tax planning and compliance services. He has extensive experience serving technology and life science companies, particularly within the software and pharmaceutical sectors.
Patrick Darcy, promoted to partner in the Private Client Services Group, has been an integral part of KLR, making substantial contributions to the tax practice, particularly with larger high-net-worth clients. He specializes in assisting individuals and businesses with tax preparation and planning, focusing on IRS and state tax matters.
