Koltin Consulting Group has appointed Brian Koltin as chief corporate development officer and Donna Cox as chief operating officer, among other leadership promotions. These appointments aim to grow the firm's advisory services, fulfilling the increasing demand for strategic advisory and M&A guidance in the professional and financial services sector.
Koltin Consulting Group has appointed Brian Koltin as chief corporate development officer and announced additional leadership promotions as the firm expands its advisory services across the professional and financial services sector.
Brian Koltin joins the firm with experience in transaction advisory services. He previously worked in the transaction advisory services group at RSM US LLP, where he supported private equity firms and strategic buyers on buy side and sell side financial due diligence. His work included quality of earnings analysis, net working capital assessments and other financial diligence related to acquisitions and strategic transactions.
In addition to the new appointment, the firm promoted Donna Cox to chief operating officer. In that role, she will oversee firm operations and internal infrastructure. Angela Bruks has also been promoted to chief of staff and will work with senior leadership to coordinate strategic initiatives and support client engagement.
Firm leadership said the appointments reflect increasing demand for strategic advisory and M&A guidance as accounting and professional services firms evaluate growth opportunities and navigate an evolving market environment.
