KPM CPAs & Advisors has appointed Kristi Wilkins, a professional with over 25 years of experience, as head of its accounting outsourcing consulting department, and Becky Harmon, also with over 25 years of experience, as head of the tax department. The appointments aim to bolster the leadership of KPM and align with the company's growth trajectory and dedication to client service excellence.
KPM CPAs & Advisors has appointed Kristi Wilkins, CPA, as leader of the firm’s accounting outsourcing consulting (AOC) department, and Becky Harmon, CPA, as leader of the tax department. The appointments reflect KPM’s focus on strengthening its leadership to support the firm’s continued growth and client service excellence.
Wilkins brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting system design and implementation, financial reporting, payroll processing, tax services, and software support. She holds advanced certifications including Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Certified Bill.com Expert and Guru, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Missouri Society of CPAs, and American Payroll Association.
Harmon also has over 25 years of experience, specializing in tax preparation and planning for both businesses and individuals. Her community involvement includes active membership in the Branson-Hollister Rotary Club, leadership roles in local nonprofit boards, and recognition as Branson-Hollister Rotarian of the Year. Both leaders are expected to drive departmental success while maintaining KPM’s commitment to client-focused service.
