KraftCPAs PLLC has promoted five staff members to key leadership roles, including Jason Anderson, Katie Grant, and Vikki Gray, who are now partners in the firm, and Sean Owens and Scott Nalley who will head assurance services and risk assurance and advisory services, respectively. These strategic changes, effective November 1, reaffirm KraftCPAs' dedication to internal talent development and expansion of leadership capacity to sustain ongoing growth across Tennessee and beyond.

KraftCPAs PLLC has promoted five professionals into key leadership roles, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to internal talent development. The moves were effective November 1, aligning with the planned transition of Chris Hight to chief manager.

Jason Anderson, Katie Grant, and Vikki Gray have been admitted as members of the firm. Anderson now serves as a member in tax services, where he works with clients across the manufacturing/wholesale/distribution and entertainment sectors. A Kraft veteran since 2013, Anderson holds a Master of Accountancy from Middle Tennessee State University.

Grant and Gray have been promoted within assurance services. Grant specializes in nonprofit, service, and MWD clients, bringing over a decade of experience since joining the firm in 2011. Gray, who joined Kraft in 2009, works with investment companies, tax-exempt entities, and leads employee benefit plan audits.

In parallel, Sean Owens and Scott Nalley have stepped into member-in-charge roles. Owens will now head the assurance services department, while Nalley will lead risk assurance and advisory services, overseeing both operations and long-term planning. Each previously served as a member within their respective groups.

These strategic promotions underscore KraftCPAs’ focus on continuity, mentorship, and expanding leadership capacity to support its continued growth across Tennessee and beyond.

Until next time…
