Lindsay Andrews has been appointed co-managing partner at Pittsburgh-based firm Louis Plung & Company, marking a historic first as the only woman and non-family member to fill the role in the company's 104-year history. Following a one-year transition period, Andrews will assume full responsibilities in July 2026 while current leader Lou Plung will continue supporting clients and mentor Andrews.
Lindsay Andrews has been appointed co-managing partner at Louis Plung & Company, joining Lou Plung in the firm’s top leadership role starting July 1, 2025. The one-year transition period will culminate in Andrews assuming full MP responsibilities in July 2026, marking a historic moment as the first female and non-Plung family member to lead the Pittsburgh-based firm in its 104-year history.
Known for her work in manufacturing, employee benefit plans, nonprofits, and private equity, Andrews has played a vital role in the firm since joining in 2015. Lou Plung will remain with the firm to support clients and mentor Andrews post-transition, calling her “the right leader at the right time.” Andrews looks forward to “guiding the firm into the next century” with a continued focus on client service and thoughtful leadership.
