Maner Costerisan has bolstered its governance structure by appointing Jeff Allen and Kyle Schafer to its board of directors, and promoting Tyler Baker, Abby Daugherty, Steven Guipe, and Kris Latchaw to the position of principal. This personnel advancement signifies the firm's focus on recognizing diverse leadership and supporting further growth.
Maner Costerisan has announced a series of leadership advancements, including the appointment of two new board members and the promotion of four professionals to principal, reinforcing the firm’s governance structure and leadership depth.
Jeff Allen and Kyle Schafer have been named to the firm’s board of directors. Allen brings more than 18 years of experience and specializes in valuation, expert witness services, financial consulting, and fractional CFO engagements. He joined the firm in 2006, returned in 2018 following corporate experience, and has played a key role in expanding the consulting practice. Schafer joined the firm in 2009 and serves in the audit department, focusing on assurance and attestation services for nonprofit organizations, including Uniform Guidance compliance audits. He is also active on the firm’s nonprofit and audit committees.
In addition, Maner Costerisan promoted Tyler Baker, Abby Daugherty, Steven Guipe, and Kris Latchaw to principal. Baker serves in the audit department, specializing in governmental audit and advisory services for municipalities and school districts. Daugherty works in accounting and outsourced solutions, delivering customized outsourced services to clients. Guipe has been named principal and director of wealth management, leading Maner Wealth and advising clients on long-term financial planning strategies. Latchaw oversees firm operations, finance, human resources, and internal support services.
The leadership updates reflect the firm’s focus on recognizing impact and leadership across diverse roles while supporting continued growth and client service.
