Accounting firm Mauldin & Jenkins has appointed Benjamin Ellis as its Chief Information Officer, effective February 1st, to advance its digital strategy and support sustained expansion. Mauldin & Jenkins has announced the appointment of Benjamin Ellis as chief information officer, effective February 1, strengthening the firm’s technology leadership as it advances its digital strategy.
As CIO, Ellis will lead the development and execution of the firm’s technology roadmap, ensuring that digital infrastructure supports current operations while aligning with long term strategic objectives centered on innovation and growth. Firm leadership noted that the appointment reflects a continued investment in technology as a driver of client service and operational excellence.
Ellis brings more than a decade of experience as a technology leader within the accounting profession. His background includes cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and aligning digital strategy with firm objectives. He has also led initiatives involving private equity backed environments, cloud modernization, and IT integration during mergers and acquisitions.
The firm stated that Ellis’s experience will support the ongoing evolution of its systems to enhance efficiency, strengthen security, and position the organization for sustained expansion. His appointment underscores Mauldin & Jenkins’ focus on integrating technology leadership into its broader growth and service strategy.
